To receive the current issue using First Class Mail and as the first issue of your subscription, please send an additional $2.00 to cover mailing & handling costs.

Your mailing label has the expiration month & year of your subscription in the upper left corner. Renew early to keep costs down. Make your checks payable to Bernie Coulthurst. Please do not make your checks out to the Here 'Tis. Your canceled check is your receipt. Cash payments will receive a receipt by First Class Mail.

We encourage payment to be sent with ads to save billing costs. We scan all ads so camera ready ads can be any size. We will reduce or expand your ad to fit the size and format you requested in your letter. We accept commercial ads. However there is no intended or implied Here 'Tis endorsement of the products being advertised.

CLUB & AREA NEWS: News articles are encouraged with real news. Limit your articles to 125 words. We reserve the right to edit all news. Articles & ads may be rejected if the editors determine that the contents of your news or ad is not in the best interest of square and round dancing in Wisconsin.

CLUB LISTINGS: Club listings are free and are gathered from several sources, especially club annual schedules. Please send us your new annual dance schedule when it is completed and then send us your quarterly changes.

SPECIAL DATES TO REMEMBER: This column is a free listing of special dances and special meetings that usually attract dancers from your area and especially throughout the state. We enter dance dates from your club schedule but it is better if you tell us what dances you want listed in this column.

CALLER & CUER DIRECTORY: The Here 'Tis Caller & Cuer Directory is intended to be a quick & accurate directory for club leaders to use to book callers and cuers for their dances. Please report errors.

PUBLICATION DATES: The HERE 'TIS is a quarterly Wisconsin publication published as follows:
March 1 - Spring issue covering March, April and May dance information
June 1 - Summer issue covering June, July and August dance information
September 1 - Fall issue covering September, October and November dance information
December 1 - Winter issue covering December, January and February dance information.
Issues are mailed only to current subscribers approximately two weeks prior to publication dates.

COPY DEADLINE: News items, listings and ads should be mailed to us before the following dates:
Spring issue - Jan.1; Summer issue - April 1; Fall Issue - July 1; Winter issue - Oct. 1.
If you miss the deadline call us to determine if we can still get your material into the current issue.

NEW DANCERS GET A FREE ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION: Please send us the names and addresses of your new dancers as early as possible so we can include them in the bulk mail for next HERE 'TIS. New dancers get a free
Here 'Tis subscription for one year. If you desire to give copies of the current issue at their Graduation Dance please send $1 per magazine to cover shipping costs and it will count as their first free issue.

CHANGE OF ADDRESSES: The United States Post Office does not forward STANDARD MAIL (bulk mail), therefore it is very important for you to keep your address current in our data base. Snowbirds are encouraged to send in address changes when they leave the Midwest and when they return.

COPYRIGHT & TERMINATION: The Here 'Tis is a copyright protected publication. However, all square dance publications are granted continuous permission to reprint HERE 'TIS material if the author and the HERE 'TIS are given proper credit. In the event that this publication is discontinued, no refunds will be made.
